Chapman's Roulette Beers are limited release, extremely small batch (40 barrels) of unique beers created by Jerod and Casey. 

Originally developed in mid-2014, Roulette beers have historically been available on draft only, though as of 2020 some of these beers will be available in cans as well. You can find all of these through our taprooms, online for delivery, and local liquor stores.

"I love Roulette as it allows Casey and I complete freedom to try new approaches to traditional recipes and styles," says Jerod, Chapman's Head Brewer.
