Harvester Lager is our newest beer, yet to our customers it’s an old friend.

Classic, timeless, and exactly what you are looking for in a light lager made from the finest ingredients and methods. Originally brewed for new-to-craft customers in our taprooms, Harvester was meant for the larger beer world, and we released it here in October of 2021.

We’re thankful and grateful to call Fort Wayne home, and here’s to all the men and women that built Fort Wayne into the great city it is.

Style: Czech Pilsner

A pilsner is a type of light-colored lager that maintains its bright color while undergoing a process called “lagering” during production. Like other lagers, pilsners are bottom-fermenting types of beer made with a carbonation and brewing process characterized by cooler temperatures.

Harvester is an all malt beer, meaning we use 100% malted barley in the recipe. Many American style Pilsners will use 25% or more corn or rice in the recipe.

Alcohol content: 4.25%
